A role at the centre of something meaningful

At The Practice, we are creating a space where people feel accepted, open and inspired by our brand, values and passion. It is a space where people come to feel uplifted, held and free to expand. This role sits at the centre of that experience. You are shaping how people discover us, how they engage with us, and why they choose to return. You are not just driving business growth, you are cultivating meaning in people’s lives.

Why The Practice The Practice is a new kind of brand. It is an elevated space where therapy, coaching, energy work, meditation, yoga, retail, café, events and community come together under one roof. You will directly support growth, wellbeing and community, for all players. This is a rare opportunity to be part of building something from the ground up, with a new innovative approach to healing and wellbeing. It is an opportunity to shape the voice, the partnerships, the community, and the growth of a brand with real depth and meaning.

The Practice is looking for a full-time Life Coach who is deeply committed to growth — their own and others’ — someone who holds space with presence and compassion while bringing real structure and direction to their work.

You’ll lead 1:1 coaching sessions, develop and facilitate group programs, and collaborate with therapists, energy practitioners, and movement facilitators for integrated client care.

We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 8 years of experience as a certified Life and/or Career Coach, who balances empathy with accountability, works across multiple coaching modalities, and is aligned with our values.

Clinical & Wellness Director

The Practice is looking for a licensed clinical leader to help shape a therapy model that honours both evidence-based practice and the full range of human healing — from emotional processing to coaching to energy work, all held in one flexible space.

This role designs and oversees our clinical and wellness programming, leads and mentors our practitioners, and helps define what modern, integrated wellness can look like.

We’re looking for someone who is a licensed clinical practitioner with 10+ years of experience, has managerial and supervisory experience in a therapeutic setting, understands both Western and Eastern approaches to healing, and is aligned with our values.
