What does “practice” mean to you?
Our mantra is “What you practice you become”. It’s the daily choices we make, the habits we choose to engage in, the way we interact in relationships, speak to other’s or react to our own triggers. What we practice determines the ways we show up for ourselves and for others. Life is a journey and we are all practicing it for the first time, we may stumble and fall but it is how we get back up, reflect on our life circumstances and choose what we are going to practice next. It is a rhythm and a flow, why not make it magical?
Slowing down creates space for awareness, creativity an clarity to begin
