Director of Events, Marketing and Partnerships
A senior, growth-focused role for a strategic and hands-on leader who will shape and execute the full marketing and community vision for The Practice. You’ll own the growth roadmap across channels, lead brand partnerships, and curate impactful event programming that drives engagement, membership, and revenue. From building meaningful collaborations to overseeing campaigns and digital presence, you’ll play a central role in cultivating a strong, connected community while working closely with leadership to guide the brand’s continued evolution.
Chief of Staff and Operations
A pivotal, high-trust role at the heart of The Practice, working directly alongside the Founder & CEO to bring vision to life through thoughtful execution. As the CEO’s right hand, you’ll drive alignment across teams, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure every part of the business runs with clarity, consistency, and care. From managing internal systems and cross-functional coordination to supporting events, team development, and operational excellence, you’ll act as the connective thread that keeps everything moving forward. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in both big-picture thinking and detail-driven execution, and who wants to play an integral role in building something meaningful from the inside out.
Clinical & Wellness Director
A unique leadership role at the intersection of therapy, personal growth, and modern wellness. As the Clinical & Wellness Director, you’ll help shape and lead a multi-modality approach that integrates evidence-based therapy with holistic and mindset-driven practices. Working closely with the CEO, you’ll design and evolve signature programs, oversee practitioner excellence, and ensure a cohesive, high-quality client journey across all offerings. From building and mentoring a diverse team of practitioners to maintaining clinical integrity and innovation, you’ll play a central role in redefining how healing and growth are experienced—creating a space that is deeply human, expansive, and aligned with the evolving needs of each individual.
Director of Yoga, Sound and Breathwork
A dynamic leadership role focused on shaping how people reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and sound. As the Director of Movement, Breathwork & Sound, you’ll design and lead a multi-dimensional programming approach that blends yoga, somatic practices, and energy-based modalities to support deep transformation. Working closely with the CEO, you’ll create signature class offerings, oversee program quality and scheduling, and build a team of aligned instructors. From facilitating powerful group experiences to integrating movement into the broader wellness ecosystem, you’ll play a key role in crafting a differentiated, intentional offering that helps individuals regulate, release, and evolve—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
